The share capital of the Company amounts to HRK 13,643,200.00, divided into 136,432 shares, each of a nominal value of HRK 100.
SEM 1986 d.d.'s shares are listed in the TN quotation of the Varaždin Stock Exchange of 12.04.2004 under the code number SM86-R-A.
After affiliation of Varaždin Stock Exchange to Zagreb Stock Exchange, the shares of SEM 1986 d.d. are listed into the parallel Stock - exchange

STRATEGY

The strategic guidelines of SEM 1986 d.d. are reflected through the following general goals:

 Increasing the share in the market in the Dalmatia region
 To be the number one choice of clients, based on the comparative advantages of the Company which are evident through the quality of the products and services and meeting deadlines for the completion of projects
 Ensure an increase in income
 Decrease production costs as well as overhead costs through improving the technology of work
 Permanently taking into consideration the tastes and wishes of clients, employees and the management, and creating a collective spirit of belonging to the company by developing team work, whilst insisting on a high level of responsibility with considerable investment in professional education and the motivation of employees.


Company aims in the next three-year period:


Completing the renovation of the interior of the "Marmont" Hotel (****) in Zadarska ulica in Split. The hotel is completed in April 2008. The hotel will be entrusted to the care of management specialized in the area of tourism.

The construction of a Senior Citizens Aparthotel with an integrated Polyclinic in Split – THE SPLIT HOUSE OF HEALTH

The construction of a water bottling plant in Ruda, the municipality of Otok (Sinj);

The construction of the Greda-Orjak-Kom wind farm in the area of Blato in Cetina-Trnbusi in the hinterland of Omiš;

The construction of the Kamešnica wind farm in the area of Otok, city of Sinj;

The harmonization of all business processes with the system of quality management according to the norms of ISO 9001/2000.
