SEM 1986 d.d. specializes in lease services of business and storage premises within the city business area of Ravne njive, which stretches over an area of 4,300 square metres.

By signing the lease agreement, the leaseholders ensure that their companies have modern, air-conditioned premises, security guards and video surveillance of the office areas, parking lots and garage areas for official cars and the cars of their employees and the daily maintenance of communal areas.

Apart from the mentioned services, leaseholders may contract the maintenance and cleaning of the rented premises while trucks are able to access the storage areas, with the possibility of renting a forklift truck for the transfer of goods.
Taking into consideration the needs of their clients, SEM 1986 has opened a luxury café bar within the premises of the business area. It is ideal for a break from tiring meetings, thus securing successful business dealings.

SQUASH Club

The Squash Club is a recreational centre located in the SEM business building, built for the recreational needs and relaxation of the employees as well as other fans of squash.
