For almost ten years, SEM 1986 d.d. has been the concessionaire for the management and maintenance of street lighting in the area of Split, a city which has a population of 200,000, according to the last census.
With this, SEM has improved the quality of lighting of public areas and has simultaneously saved the city of Split significant electrical energy consumption.

The Street Lighting Department performs the following work:

• Project design and construction of the infrastructure of street lighting
• Maintenance of street lighting facilities
• Remote control and monitoring of work
• 24-hour maintenance service
