With its location and contents, the "Split House of Health" will set high standards of medical and social care based on European and global experiences in the construction and organization of similar institutions. It will be divided into two organizational units: an apartment-hotel for senior citizens and a medical-polyclinic part.

An individual approach which respects the needs and wishes of each user make the philosophy behind this project unique. High-quality nutrition which is adapted to the medical history of the user, the organization of various events with the aim of satisfying social needs, psychological assistance, workshops, workout sessions, with timely and continual medical care are only a part of the planned contents and activities. It is planned that the hotel will be able to accommodate approximately 80 guests in 33 twin-share rooms and 15 single-bed apartments, 35 square metres in size.

The Polyclinic area and its contents will be open to all citizens and medical workers of Split and Dalmatia. A superb diagnostic centre will be at their disposal (with a medical-biochemical laboratory, radiology diagnostics) as well as an operating theatre.

We invite doctors to show their interest in purchasing areas for their surgeries and in this way become a part of the know-how of the Split project:

The planned medical activities:
 neurology,
 orthopaedics,
 gynaecology,
 surgery and plastic surgery,
 internal medicine including cardiology,
 otolaryngology with head surgery,
 ophthalmology,
 and other areas which are indispensable for the realization of complete medical care.


By purchasing a part of the premises, you will become part of a unique project which enables you to direct your time to medical issues, while you leave the other joint matters to our care (administration, reception of patients, building maintenance and cleaning, insurance...). With digital radiology diagnostics, the introduction of an integrated information technology system is planned which in its initial phase would primarily be for administrative use. Adherence to appointment times, friendly staff and a pleasant environment.
