The Management of SEM-a 1986 d.d. will continue a strong developmental impetus in 2008, so that substantial funds will be invested in new projects.

SEM Engineering is currently completing the renovation and equipping of the future city hotel of "Marmont" in Zadarska ulica in Split, which is scheduled to open its doors to its first guests in early April. The building of the hotel is owned by SEM 1986, and has been leased to the “Ordesa” company.

April 2008 is also the month when the beginning of work on the construction of the Split House of Health is planned - a luxury apartment-hotel for senior citizens with a medical institution in the city district of Lokve.
